Please note that the scope of this Policy is limited to information and data collected or received by Twilight World through your use of the Services. Twilight World is not responsible for the actions of individuals with no relationship to Twilight World or third-party companies, the content of their sites, the use of information or data you provide to them, or any products or services they may offer. Any link to those sites does not constitute our sponsorship of, or affiliation with, those individuals or companies.
Information and Data We Collect from You
- We collect personal data that you provide on the Twilight World website when you use our website Service. This could include:

Personal Data You Provide When Playing our games
When you play our games, we collect information that helps us identify your device, such as:
- the technical features of your terminal equipment and software used by you, such as the browser settings, the installed plug-ins, the time zone, the screen size of your device, unique device ID, Advertising ID*, device type, the type and version of your operating system (“OS”), and your general (city/country) location (based on your IP address).
- Gameplay data - session time, in-app purchases (provided that we never receive your payment or credit card information), resource events such as the acquisition or spend of Game virtual currencies by you, progression events that are used to mark your progress or movement in the Game, Install timestamp: it is the timestamp of the first event received from the app.
- We may occasionally send you push notifications through our mobile applications to send you game updates, high scores and other service-related notifications that may be of importance to you. You may at any time opt-out from receiving these types of communications by turning them off at the device level through your settings by going to the settings for the app itself.
Advertising ID means Apple Identifier for Advertisers (“IDFA”) on Apple and Google Advertising Identity (“GAID”). These are unique identifiers for mobile devices that advertisers use for personalized advertising. They are consistent across all mobile applications and thus allow cross-app tracking.
Device identifier / information means device type, device model, device maker, device operating system and its language or other technical data like screen size or processor, or combination of this data available from a device for a developer for checking the device compatibility with a particular application.
Opt-Out of interest based advertising
On Apple, you can opt out of it by choosing “limit ad tracking” option in your privacy settings. On Google Android, you can opt out of these ads by choosing “Opt-out of personalized ads”. Advertising IDs are non-permanent, non-personal identifiers, which are uniquely associated with your device.
Legal Base for Processing
- In certain cases, Twilight World will ask for your consent to collect and process your personal data. Should you choose to provide your consent, you may later withdraw your consent by contacting us as described in the “Your Privacy Rights” section. or by opting-out in the settings of the app. Please note that the withdrawal of consent will not affect processing which has already occurred.
- In other instances, the processing of your Personal Data may be necessary in order to comply with any applicable law or regulation or for the performance of a contract to which you are subject. You may not be able to opt-out of this processing, or your choice to opt-out may impact our ability to perform a contractual obligation otherwise owed to you.
How We Use Your Information
With your consent, we will also collect your information to troubleshoot, improve and optimize our services and games, contact you, conduct research and create reports for internal use to make sure we provide you with the best experience.
In addition, we use your information, with your consent, to promote our services and Games in our Apps and also in other publisher’s apps and to display third-party advertisements to you. Such advertisements allow us to offer you our Services for free. We use information collected through our service and games, with your consent, for purposes described in this Policy or disclosed to you in connection with our service. For example, we may use your information to:
- Understand you and your preferences and provide you with new game content and services, tailor our products
- Provide game updates, technical troubleshooting, understanding and analyzing trends in connection with usage of the Games, and administering the Games.
- Respond to your comments and questions and provide customer service
- Communicate with you about promotions, contests, rewards, upcoming events, and other news about products and services offered by Twilight World and our selected partners
- Conduct and administer contests promoted by Twilight World
- Link or combine it with other information we get from third parties, to help understand your preferences and provide you with better services
- Deliver advertisements and promotional information to you in our Apps
- Cross promote our Apps and services, meaning we may promote one of our Apps while you are playing a different App of ours
- Analyze gameplay data, improve the content and track potential problems or trends with our Games and services, or to test our new game features and content

- Your viewing of and interactions with advertising or the purpose of providing their services, including, for example, enabling, providing and delivering advertising

- Device properties related to screen size & orientation, audio volume and battery;

- Name and properties of mobile application through which a consumer interacts with the Services;
Country, time zone and locale settings (country and preferred language);

We also use these companies to automatically collect data from you, provided you gave your consent, when you use our apps in order to help us identify the advertising that are served to you and what you do after seeing those advertising.

Your Privacy Rights
- Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Information. Twilight World may need to ask you to provide certain information to make sure you are who you claim to be. If you find the information on your account is not accurate, complete or updated, then please provide Twilight World with the necessary information to correct it.
- Withdrawing Your Consent. Contact us if you would like to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data. Exercising this right will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal.
- Erasing or Restricting Access to Your Information. You may request to delete or restrict access to your personal data. We may postpone or deny your request if your personal data is in current use for providing Services or for other legitimate purposes, in which case we will let you know if we are unable to do so and why.
- Transferring your Personal Data (Otherwise known as Your Right to Data Portability). You have the right to receive your personal data that you have provided us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and the right to transmit that data to another party of your choice, where technically feasible. However, this right shall not apply where it would adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others.
- Post Mortem Right to privacy. You have the right to set instructions regarding the storage, deletion or communication of your personal data after your death.
- Right to Make Complaint: if you consider that our processing of your personal data infringes data protection laws, you have a legal right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority responsible for data protection. You may do so in the EU member state of your habitual residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.

Data Retention
If we have concluded a contract concerning a service which value is of a minimum of 120 Euros, we will retain the contract and related-data for 10 years from the conclusion of the contract.
We will retain your personal data, and enforce our agreements.The data collected, with your consent, by cookies or related-tracking technology are kept for a maximum of 13 months. Please report to the “How we use your Information” and “Use of Your Information by Others” sections to consult in details the data retention period per cookie or related-tracking technology.
Security
Children's Privacy
If you are under 16, please do not send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address, without the authorization of your parents. No one under the age of 16 may provide any personal data without such authorization.
In the event that we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under the age of 16 without the authorization of the holder of the parental responsibility, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might have any information from or about a child under the age of 16 without the aforementioned authorization, please contact us.
Transfer of Personal Data Outside of the European Economic Area
We use the “Model contracts for the transfer of personal data to third countries” agreed by the European Commission as adequate safeguards to secure the transfer of your data and their processing outside of the European Economic Area.
